Beach Cleanup Day, September 25
Join us at San Carlos Beach in a celebration of International Coastal Cleanup Day as we clean the beach, both above and below the water.
The Sea Otters Dive Club participates in the California Coastal Commission's "Adopt A Beach" program. We have adopted San Carlos Beach, and we organize 4 beach cleanups each year. Not only is it the right thing to do for our marine environment, it's fun!
We meet at the picnic tables just downhill from the lawn at San Carlos Beach at 8:30. We enjoy each other's company, have a donut or two, then make our way to the beach for both topside and underwater cleanup.
